YOUR MESSAGE : Hopefully you can take the time to answer questions from individuals and not only businesses. I found a part (Sash Vent Stope 1723) for my windows that I never thought I'd find anywhere. I was so grateful that I'd buy them from you if I could (I can only find them on Amazon). Anyway, for the same windows I'm trying to get a few "tilt latches". They all look so similar. I bought some at Lowes (PLPCI part F2749) that *almost* fit but the tab is just slightly too big and keeps the windows from pushing all the way in to a 'click'. Could you possibly help?? Thank you!
